As we travel this journey called Life, we sometimes have those days where, like Dory from Finding Nemo, we tell ourself: "Just keep swimming," until we are once again feeling "fin-tastic!"

We will have special guest Jamie Nalbandyan, author of "Living Life as a Shark," who will speak for us, and share some "pearls" of wisdom.

We will have cozy beach towels to lounge upon, a zen water craft, an ocean meditation, and a chance to string some beautiful beads for an anklet, bracelet, or even a necklace.

We can get "Pacific" about our life's "porpoise," and spend some relaxing time in our own Zen space we create.
