Service Description

We focus on storytelling through mixed up fairy tales where we get to dress up and act out the story together each class. With a simple script, lines that are given audibly for the students to repeat, and basic stage directions, children are given an opportunity to take on different roles and try out public speaking in a classroom space that’s fun and entertaining. Kid Fit is a boot camp designed just for kids! We get our exercise in a fun way with creative ways to move our bodies for gross motor development. Class starts with stretch time on our yoga mats where we work from head down to loosen up. We do kid-friendly planks, core training, and then move into cardio activities such as interval sprints and balance and coordination games such as a small obstacle course. With upbeat kid friendly music and a games approach to fitness, kids love this active way to move their bodies! Grown ups are encouraged to participate & assist our young athletes; all children will need an adult present.
